Jun 3rd: Gardermoen (Oslo) overload

We would like to invite you to join us on Sunday 03. June for the biggest flyin Norway has ever seen! Gardermoen Overload. We can promise a fully staffed airport with lots of good ATC.

Oslo Gardermoen OSL/ENGM is Norway’s capital airport. It is situated a few miles from Oslo with simple approach and departure routings. The airport is able to do dual runway operations, and has a little over 50 gates, which gives the opportunity to handle over 60 aircraft in a short amount of time. Gardermoen can handle everything from a Cessna 172 to the Boeing 747 and 777 with no problem at all. This is also one of Norway’s greatest Cargo Hubs, so we can handle a good deal of Cargo aircrafts as well.

During this event we will have all Air Traffic Control positions open. Delivery, Ground, Double tower, three approaches (Incl. Director) and maybe 2 or 3 Control sectors in Oslo.

If everything goes according to our plan, this will be the biggest flyin Norway has ever seen. We hope to get between 150 and 250 aircrafts in and out from this airport in the 4 hours the flyin lasts. This is why we want to invite you!

Information, charts and scenery are available on the event website
